Traffic Control Plan (TCP)
A Detailed diagram that illustrates the Road Network and arrangement of signage and devices used to manage pedestrians and traffic at worksites. (Also known as a Traffic management plan or Traffic guidance scheme)
Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP)
A condition of a development consent (DA) requires a CTMP (Construction Traffic Management Plan) to obtain the
City’s approval.
A CTMP is a detailed report that assesses the impacts of Construction traffic on the local road network. It reflects the city’s CTMP standards and requirements, providing a description of the proposed work, Traffic impacts on the local road and how the impacts will be addressed. Generally, 18-22 pages.
Permits
Do you require a Permit? All works carried out on NSW roads require a permit! There are many kinds of permits. Some examples: Stand Plant, Road Occupancy, Road opening, Road closure, Lane closure, etc. At MJTP our accredited and dedicated traffic specialists can assist you with all your permit needs whether it be Council, RMS or police approval.

management equipment for short or long term hire!
Not only can we hire you the equipment, we can send you an RMS accredited controller to set it up to ensure that your site complies with current Australian standards and is set up according to the Traffic Control/Management Plan.
